EazyIron is a platform that offers ironing and dry cleaning services through a mobile application. Customers can easily register, place orders, and manage their ironing & dry-cleaning needs via the app.

A provider is someone who provides the ironing and dry cleaning services to the customers.

It is entirely your choice. You can always work from the comfort of your house.

You can become a provider by downloading the EazyIron Provider app, registering your email ID and phone number, uploading the necessary documents, completing the background check process and participating in the training session.

You can download the EazyIron Provider app from the respective app stores: App Store for iOS devices or Google Play Store for Android devices. Search for "EazyIronProvider", download the app, and then follow the installation instructions.

Once you have downloaded the app, you click on “Get Started” and then follow the steps below:
• Enter personal details including name, date of birth and email ID (to be verified).
• Enter your address. It will also ask you if your home address and work address is same or different. If different, you will have to enter both the addresses.
• Enter and verify your phone number.
• Enter your banking info for payments (Name as it appears in Bank account, Institute Number, Transit Number, Account Number).
• Choose your availability by selecting the shifts you can work.
• Upload the necessary documents.
• Complete the initial setup checklist by ensuring that you have assembled all the required tools and submitting their picture for review.
• Complete the training provided by the EazyIron team.

During the profile setup, upload essential documents such as:
• Identity Document (e.g., Passport, Driver License, Services Card, Provincial Identity Document (BCID))
• Proof of Work Eligibility / Residency (e.g., Canadian Passport, Canadian Birth Certificate, PR Card, Work Permit, Study Permit)

Please be patient. Our audit team is working on document verification. It normally takes 2-3 days and we will get back to you about this.

Unfortunately, we will need the required documents to process your registration.

Our audit team has shared the rejection reasons with you on your email. Please follow the instructions and upload the correct documents as specified.

Yes, you have to pay for the background check.

No – if you have completed the background check as a Provider, then we will consider the same for Driver registration also provided you have given the same documents. In case of different documents, you need to get the background check done once again.

Usually, it takes around 1-2 days for the background check to be completed. You will get the notification on the app once it is completed.

Background check process is facilitated through a third-party organization, Certn. If encountering issues during the background check process, please refer to the notification received from Certn and follow the instructions to facilitate resolution, clarification, or reevaluation.

At the time of registering yourself as a provider, you can select the preferred time slots for each day of the week and you will be assigned shifts / work as per the selected time. Please note that our working hours will be between 8 am – 8 pm, and the shifts availability will be within this timeframe. You can always change this preference after signing up also.

Upon successful verification and approval of your profile, you will receive a confirmation notification or email from EazyIron indicating your authorized status as a provider within the platform.

Yes, you can contact the EazyIron support team to update or modify your residential or shift address within the EazyIron Provider App to ensure accurate, current, and accessible location details for effective order management and coordination.

Regularly review, verify, and update your profile information, preferences, or details within the EazyIron Provider App to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with operational, regulatory, or organizational requirements.

Yes. To be an efficient provider, you would require certain tools/accessories to maintain the quality of service as expected by the customer. The accessories required are:
• Iron – 1700W or higher is recommended for best performance.
• Iron Board
• Hanger Stand – to keep the ironed clothes
• Garment Bags – to pack the ironed clothes. U-Line garment bags S-20585 are recommended to maintain quality and uniformity.
• Garment Bag Dispenser – U-Line garment bag dispenser H-4683 is recommended.
• Wire Hangers – 18 inch wire hangers are required. U-Line wire hangers S-18065 are recommended to maintain quality and uniformity.
• Lint Rollers
• Water Spray Bottle
• Permanent Markers – to mark clothes with the relevant order number

If you have any of these items, and they match the specifications, then you don’t need to buy those. You can use them. Any such item, which you do not have, you need to buy them as part of registering with us.

No – we don’t sell these things. On our website, we have given some recommendations. You may want to purchase it from those store(s) or anywhere else where you feel comfortable. But getting these items is important to complete the process.

Please treat this expense as a capital investment for your own business. It’s a unique earning opportunity where you would be earning money from the comfort of your home and a lot of it is just a one-time cost which you would not be incurring again. We anticipate you recovering this cost within a week of full-time working on active orders.

We have all ironed clothes at some point. But to be a professional provider, we need to acquire specific skills and knowledge. EazyIron provides the required training to all the providers. Completion of this training is MUST for all the providers and is to be completed before you start working on the orders.

There will be a marginal increase in your electricity consumption. Based on current electricity tariff, using a 1700W iron for an hour would cost you around $0.20, for 8 hours a day it would be around $1.60 and for 8 hours a day for a whole month, it would be around $35-$50. You should consider it as a marginal expense to support your home-based business. You can track the applicable tariffs using the link given below.

Once your profile is approved, you have to log-in to the app which will allow you to pick up and work on the orders.

Promptly access the 'Incoming Order Details' section within the app to review essential information such as types of clothes, quantities, and scheduled times. Evaluate your operational capacity and confirm the order that you would like to work on.

Yes, based on your current workload, availability, or other constraints, you can accept to work on multiple orders. You have to ensure that accepting multiple orders should not affect your on-time delivery.

Once you have accepted the order, a notification will be sent to the driver that you would be working on this order. The driver will deliver the clothes to be ironed to your place as per the scheduled time.

The driver will come to the given address but will wait outside for you to come and pick-up the clothes or deliver the ironed clothes. Under no circumstances the driver will come inside the premises.

After you have accepted the offer, the EazyIron Provider App will generate a unique 'Confirmation Code'. Verify the driver's identity and validate the successful delivery using the provided security code.

Thoroughly inspect, count, and cross-check the received clothes against the order details within the app. If discrepancies arise, communicate promptly with the EazyIron support team to resolve the issue efficiently.

Thoroughly inspect and if defective clothing is found in the received order, immediately inform the EazyIron support team and share the pictures of the defective clothing so that they can inform the customer accordingly.

Though it is always recommended to consider all the circumstances before accepting the order, we do understand that due to some unforeseen situations, you may not be able to complete the order in time. In that situation, please get in touch with the EazyIron support team and clearly explain the situation so that they can check with the customer and arrange a rescheduled delivery. Please ensure that you give at least 8 working hours advance notice before the pick-up time and this notice has to be given within working hours of 8am-8pm. Please do note that this may impact your approval ratings.

If rescheduling the delivery time is not an option and you have to cancel the complete order, please get in touch with the EazyIron support team and clearly explain the situation so that they can make alternate arrangements to complete the order. Please ensure that you give at least 8 working hours advance notice before the pick-up time and this notice has to be given within working hours of 8am-8pm. Please do note that canceling an order under any circumstances would have a negative impact on your approval ratings.

Once an order is accepted, the provider is given a pre-agreed timeline in which to complete the order. After the order is completed following the standard guidelines and procedures, and packed as per the specifications, the provider can go to the app, navigate to the specific order, and toggle the order complete for pick-up. A code will be generated for the provider to share with the driver at the time of pick-up.

It depends upon multiple factors like how many clothes are in one order and what is your efficiency.

The minimum quantity per order is 10. It could be more than 10 also – totally depends upon the customer.

Efficiency means how many clothes you can iron in an hour. Based on our surveys, the average number of clothes you can iron is 12-14. The more you iron, your earnings per hour goes up.

Earnings are calculated, verified, and processed for payout based on the total number of clothes ironed, completed orders, service fees, deductions, adjustments, or other relevant factors determined by EazyIron's pricing, payment model, or guidelines. These earnings are shown as part of order details, and the provider is made aware of the potential earnings if they choose that particular order.

EazyIron does not apply any fees, deductions, or charges to providers' earnings. The amount shown in the order details is what the provider gets for completing that order.

No. No taxes are deducted by EazyIron. The provider works as an independent contractor with EazyIron and is responsible for filing their own taxes with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

Providers receive payouts on a biweekly basis from EazyIron, aligning with the established payment cycle, schedule, or terms specified within the platform or agreement.

Providers can receive their earnings through direct deposits. The provider has to ensure the accuracy of banking details they have shared as part of the registration process.

Providers can track their earnings or payouts within the EazyIron platform through the provider dashboard under the earnings tab.

In case of a missing payment or an incorrect payment, the provider should get in touch with the EazyIron support team so they can take the appropriate action.

Providers can optimize their earnings or maximize opportunities by maintaining high service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, managing availability, participating in promotions or incentives, leveraging feedback or reviews, and continuously improving their skills or offerings based on market trends, demands, or preferences.

Providers must adhere to EazyIron's standard service quality, guidelines, or specifications related to ironing, customer interactions, order processing, and other relevant aspects to ensure consistency, satisfaction, and compliance.

EazyIron implements various security protocols, including background checks, secure payment methods, encrypted communication channels, and strict adherence to data protection regulations and applicable privacy laws to ensure the safety and security of providers.

Yes, EazyIron provides insurance coverage for providers to protect against potential accidents, damages, or liabilities during service provision, subject to terms, conditions, and limitations specified in the insurance policy. In such a situation, please provide relevant information (pictures, incident details) to the EazyIron support team so that appropriate action can be taken.

Providers should immediately report any security concerns, breaches, or incidents to EazyIron's support or security teams for prompt investigation, resolution, or mitigation measures.

Providers can communicate or collaborate with EazyIron's support teams through the app's chat support, email, phone, or designated communication channels to address concerns, resolve issues, seek guidance, or provide feedback related to service provision or operations.
